  • You do not need to log in to view scheduled activities.
  • You must log in to reserve space.

🏛️ Who Can Reserve Space?

  • AU Faculty & Staff
  • WCL Faculty, Staff, and Students*
  • AU Student Employees** (Supervisor approval required)
  • Recognized Student Organization Members** (Limit one requestor per group)

* WCL students can submit requests starting the 3rd week of classes through the last day of classes. Requests outside this window cannot be submitted through the EMS WebApp.
** If you are an AU student-staff or RSO member who needs access to reserve space, please submit a WebApp Requestor Access Form.  RSO requestors can submit requests starting the 2nd day of classes through the last day of classes, of the Fall and Spring semesters.

  • Clear your browser cache.
  • Try using “incognito” or “private” browsing mode.
  • If your account was inactivated during a break, allow 24 hours after login for reactivation.
